WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty
All warranties apply only to the original purchaser from DelRio Home and are non-transferable.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal indoor residential use.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or substitution, at the sole discretion of DelRio Home. Refunds are not available under warranty claims.
Warranties are void if damage results from:
• Improper cleaning or treatment
• Excessive soiling
• Wear and tear
• Abuse or neglect
• Abnormal use
• Use contrary to product care instructions
Warranty Coverage Periods
Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery.
Mechanism & Frame
Reclining Mechanisms — 24 Months
Manual Hand Levers — 12 Months
Wood Frame Parts
Back Rests, Arm Rests, Base — 6 Months
Seat with Spring & Spring Systems — 6 Months
Metal Legs — 6 Months
Fabric & Leather Upholstery
Fabric — 12 Months
(Covers seam failure, upholstery covers, stitching, and cushion construction defects)
Leather — 18 Months
Covers cracking, peeling, splitting, and premature fading under normal use.
DelRio Home guarantees that leather products are Italian Top Grain Leather.
Use of cleaning products not recommended by DelRio Home may void warranty coverage.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Wrinkling or natural marks in leather
• Natural variations in color, grain, or texture
• Cushion softening from normal use
• Slight color differences between swatches and finished products
• Sunlight exposure or heat damage
• Freight damage (see Shipping Policy)
• Pet damage
• Owner modifications
• Acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)
Because natural leather is unique, color and texture variations are not considered defects.
Important Notice
Warranty service may require inspection and documentation of the issue.
DelRio Home reserves the right to determine whether repair, replacement, or substitution is appropriate.
