Free Shipping – Florida

 

We offer free delivery, setup, and installation within the state of Florida for eligible products (excludes clearance merchandise).


Estimated delivery time for in-stock products:

3–15 business days


Same-day and next-day delivery are not available for online purchases.


Deliveries scheduled after 5:00 PM may incur a $29.99 upgrade charge.

 


 

Important Delivery Notes

 

• We do not remove or rearrange existing furniture.

• Customers must ensure a clear pathway and protect floors prior to delivery.

• Orders must be fully paid or financed at least two days before the scheduled delivery date.

• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees.

 


 

Damage Reporting

 

All damages must be reported within 1 day of delivery.


Customers must:


• Note damage at time of delivery

• Provide clear photographs

• Contact Customer Care immediately


Minor damage may qualify for in-home repair.

Significant damage may qualify for replacement.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (Outside Local Area)

 

We offer two shipping options across the continental United States.


Option 1 – Standard Shipping

 

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and ZIP code

• Furniture is placed inside the front door or first floor/lobby

• Assembly and installation are not included

 


 

 

Option 2 – Third-Party Freight Shipping

 


Orders outside our standard delivery area are fulfilled by third-party carriers.


Basic and Premium shipping options are available.

Freight charges vary depending on service level, location, and order weight.


Estimated delivery time:

1–6 weeks, depending on product availability and location.

 


 

 

Delivery Day Guidelines

 


To ensure a smooth delivery experience:


• Please be present during your scheduled 3-hour delivery window

• Drivers may call 30–60 minutes before arrival

• If delivery is missed, a rescheduling fee may apply

• If two delivery attempts fail, customer must contact us to reschedule


We cannot guarantee exact delivery times prior to the 3-hour window confirmation.
