### ONLINE RETURNS  
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item:

### RETURN CONDITIONS  

- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging  
- Assembled items are not eligible for return  
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs  
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable  
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns  
- Drop-ship items may be subject to restocking fees  
- Custom, special order, and clearance items are non-refundable  

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the condition differs from original delivery, additional charges may apply.

Please measure carefully before purchasing:

- Room space  
- Doorways  
- Hallways  
- Staircases  

Del Rio Home is not responsible for items that do not fit your space.

Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

### DAMAGED ITEMS  

If your item arrives damaged:

- Damage must be noted at the time of delivery  
- Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt  
- We will repair or replace the item based on the situation

### CANCELLATION POLICY  

- Within 5 days: No fee  
- After 5 days: 10% fee  
- After 20 days: 25% fee  
- After 30 days: 35% fee  

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refused deliveries will be treated as returns and will be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

### PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE  

We match prices from authorized retailers on identical items.

If you find a lower price within 30 days, we will refund the difference.

Exclusions include:

- Clearance items  
- Special orders  
- Floor models  
- Closeouts  
- Out-of-stock items

### DELIVERY POLICY  

- Full payment is required before delivery  
- Delivery windows are estimated (typically 3-hour windows)  
- Customers must be present at the time of delivery  
- Missed deliveries may incur rescheduling fees  
- We do not remove or haul away existing furniture
