At DelRio’s Furniture, our team works tirelessly to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and experience.

If something is not right, we will do everything within our power to make it right — that is the DelRio’s Furniture Way.

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact our team within 7 days of receipt by phone or email.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

• Assembled items are not eligible for return.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

• Drop-ship orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.

• Special orders are not subject to cancellation.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If damage or condition differs from original delivery, repair or replacement charges may apply.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

• Room space

• Doorways

• Hallways

• Staircases

DelRio’s Furniture is not responsible for items that do not fit your space.

Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If merchandise arrives damaged:

• Damage must be noted at time of delivery.

• We will repair or replace the item according to our shipping policy.

• Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 5 days of deposit: No fee

After 5 days: 10% of total

After 20 days: 25%

After 30 days: 35%

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Refused deliveries are treated as returns and subject to restocking and freight fees.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

We match prices from full-service local retailers on identical items.

If you find a lower price within 30 days, we will refund the difference.

Excludes:

• Clearance

• Special orders

• Floor models

• Closeouts

• Wholesale

• Out-of-stock items

101-DAY MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE

After a minimum of 30 nights, you may reselect your mattress within 101 days.

One-time reselection only.

If new mattress is higher priced, customer pays the difference.

LOCAL RETURNS

For in-store purchases:

One-time reselection or refund within 14 days.

Items must be in like-new condition.

As-Is items are non-refundable.

DELIVERY POLICY

• Full payment required 2 days before delivery.

• 3-hour delivery window assigned.

• Drivers may call 30–60 minutes before arrival.

• Customer must be present during delivery.

• If delivery is missed twice, a rescheduling fee applies.

• We cannot move or haul old furniture.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations require DelRio’s Furniture approval.

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
